The Incorporated Legal Practice

Littles Lawyers is the trading name of the Incorporated Legal Practice (ILP) Littles Lawyers Pty Ltd ACN 129117 255.  Littles Lawyers was incorporated on 7 January 2008 and now operates across Australia.

Our History

We have come a long way in a relatively short period of time. After leaving a partnership to start his own practice as the Director of P.J. Little & Associates in the suburb of St Lucia, Brisbane, Mr Peter James Little (Managing Director), established Littles Lawyers in 2008. Shortly after its formation, Littles Lawyers grew organically and through practice acquisition.

Littles had identified a need to service the broader community and become 'lawyers for everyone', including those who's voices had been left unheard for fear of costs, cultural barriers and not understanding legal processes. And by early 2011 Littles had thriving Korean, Chinese, Indian and Japanese Departments.

Littles continued to expand to new locations across Queensland and New South Wales and in December 2013, revolutionised the delivery of legal services by opening Australia’s first legal services concept store in Brisbane’s Myer Centre.

In 2014, due to strong demand for bilingual legal services, Littles established Vietnamese, Indonesian, French and German Departments and also expanded to Canberra, Melbourne and Perth.

Our staff are our most valuable resource and we are extremely proud of the personnel we have assembled over the years. We employ smart, hardworking and industrious people and provide them with the best equipment, technology and working environment available.
