Ethan is Littles National Business Development Manager. He has many years’ experience in strategic business development in the fields of aviation, tourism, and the Australian legal industry.
Ethan has a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Aviation Management from Griffith University.
He started his working life at Korean Air at its Seoul headquarters in South Korea in 2007. He then moved to Australia and joined Australian-based company, Ardent Leisure, which owns and operates a leisure portfolio of over 100 assets across Australia, NZ, and the USA including Dreamworld, White Water World, and Skypoint. Ethan assisted in the Skypoint operations as an assistant to the General Manager. His career in the Australian legal industry commenced with his recruitment by Littles as a legal executive in 2011.
As the National BDM at Littles, Ethan assists the CEO and CSO in devising and implementing the firm’s National Business Development strategies. He also maintains close relationships with various cultural community leaders and governmental bodies throughout Australia.
As a legal executive, Ethan is driven by the desire to achieve successful outcomes for his clients and works hard to ensure his clients experience the best quality legal service during this particularly difficult time in their lives.
He is fluent in both English and Korean.
Ethan is heavily involved in various professional, business networking and Christian mission groups and actively participates in several local multicultural events. He is hugely passionate about human rights, particularly full equality for LGBTIQ people, both at home and abroad. He is also a fervent aviation geek.
